dude, idea is ok, not for my taste though but others would like it, my advice would be- make plot more detailed and actually plan it before you draw anything, I don't know though how are you gonna make manga without actually drawing it, to make it and draw it in manga style you just have to draw, so you practice drawing at first or find somebody else who would draw your manga, your choice ofcourse, good luck..
