According to the anime it's his Bakkuryuha, or Backlash Wave, because it basically returns the enemies attack, and uses very little of Inuyasha's own strength.

I would say the Meidou Zangetsuha. It could send anything or anyone straight to hell. This technique was just introduced in later chapters of the manga.

This technique was perfected by Sesshomaru using the Tenseiga which he then gave to Inuyasha much to his dismay. But apparently, it was their father's wishes and he complied.
