She's not part of any series. She's just part of an artbook series drawn by Tsukiji Nao. I think that's what her name is, at any rate.
Her art is really great and I can see why you like it. ^_^ I myself have a file on my computer and Photobucket for her art. Her art is also very good for blogs and banners and all that because they're colourful.

Do not listen to the other answers you were given. I believe you when you say you are not a lesbian or bi, and I agree with you that the picture is pretty, and it is okay to call a picture pretty.
I'm sorry, I do not know where she is from, or who the artist is, but if you like the picture, by all means, just use it, but make sure you give credit to the original artist by putting something like "I did not draw this, credit goes to the artist who drew this, unfortunitly I do not know who did." or something like that. put it in small print so it can be seen, but so its not distracting.
I too, watch anime, and have found anime pics that I like. Don't let anyone give you crud. We all know anime characters aren't real, but they can still be liked. I don't watch anime porn either.
