Daredevil: Smith/Quesada VS. Bendis/Maleev?!

Question: For all you DD fans out there....did you prefer Kevin Smith and Joe Quesada doing it or Brian Michael Bendis and Alex Maleev?

Bendis / Maleev

Bendis / Maleev gave Daredevil more of a crime-drama feel to the stories, which at the time was not common for super-hero books. Smith / Quesada kept the super-hero theme to the comic which isn't a bad thing, but I think Bendis / Maleev did a much better job.
