nuhh Yuki isn't kaname's really sister. I'm guessing that yes she is something that rido kuran wants as a sacrifice but I dont know yet. Uhh.... It's really a cliff hanger and we don't know yet until the next chapter which is sad TT____TT . And yuki is a human so i'm guessing that she was there being protected by the kurans since she was little. But its getting so good and there's gonna be an anime for it too! ^-^
I don't think Kaname is her real brother.. maybe yuuki was adopted or sumthing.
