Itachi. Even though he's somewhat similar to Sasuke, Sakura would never fall for him because she would hate him. It was his fault Sasuke became cold and his fault Sasuke had to leave to become stronger. So if you look from Sakuras point of view, you know who she would choose...
Therefore, my answer is Sasuke. She loves him (she admitted it) And no, SHE DOES NOT KILL HIM! where the hell did anyone get that idea from??? So anyway, Its mos likely she would end up with him.
