Technically what you are doing is illegal... so you can't really blame youtube. You're actually lucky nothing worse happened to you.
Also, if you were uploading DB releases, than I lol. It was probably them who turned you in. XD
Edit: I don't know if you are doing this or not, but try a new email address as well. That might be linked to your account. I highly doubt that they ip banned you from registering, so it is likely something like that.
If u uploaded from DB, then u kinda deserve is, no offense.
i mean, i totaly understand about the favorites and stuff, but DB specifically asked not to upload any to streaming sites like utube or veoh

I'm sorry for the loss. (this is why I made multiple accounts with the same favorites. Then the accounts are expendable)
Besides DB will get over it. They can try to stop but all its doing is slowing down the uploaders. Others will get it and continue. Hard to stop them.
"Victims"? You illegally upload licensed material to YouTube and call yourself a victim because you were punished for it?
If you can upload it and get away with it, then I guess go for it, but when you are punished for doing something that YouTube explicitly forbids, you shouldn't be surprised.
Plus, I personally feel you should respect DB's wishes concerning the episodes they release. They ask that people don't upload their work elsewhere, but people go ahead and do it anyway! Something is wrong with that IMO. They knock themselves out each and every week to get a high-quality release out to the fans within a day or two of airing (not an easy task by any stretch of the imagination), and I think they deserve to have their request honored.
