Realisticly could i make a manga?!
Question: Ok i just want to no this.
Im 13. Say i made a manga i no it would take a while probably a year or more! And lets just say it was really good (just saying) would i actually be able to get it published. or is there something about not being old enough

In this day and age I would recommend publishing your manga yourself. Place a few chapters on your own website to be read for free, advertise your website in places a lot of other manga lovers visit, then at the end of your final free chapter leave a message saying "If you like this story please send $x.xx to my account at Google checkout (the site I recommend for sales of any kind) -- not only will you see some funding now, but if you get enough of a following, companies like Tokyopop might take notice and look at your work.
no i don't think so. tokyopop publishes some manga that's by teenagers.
Not sure about an age requirement. But as far as a story goes. A good manga takes a long time and completing it before submitting in my opinion is an ok idea but good to submit some. If its good they will publish, no age requirement there. May need parent permission at most.
But what you may think is good may not be good to a publishing company because they take a risk. It is always a good thing to submit and be sure to have it inked to look good.
Its good to try, people can make mangas easily but its tough to be succesful. I say its worth a shot. If you ever made one submit and see how they like it.
no people who are under 18 get stuff published all of the time i think oyu need some one over 18 do it for you tho
