Well when manga scanlation groups scan a project many if not all don't announce when the next chapter of a project comes out. Although I use a site, its mangaupdates, and It tells me which chapters are out of which series and if possible what group is releasing them.
Usually it takes a group a week and a half to release the next chapter depending on if its been scanned, translated, cleaned, and then edited/looked over. But it also depends on how many projects are being released by said scanlation group, so look forward to a release really soon.
In the source area I've put a scanlation groups release log so check it everyday to see if its updated.
