Nice you have you have an anime site too? I have one,but its all Naruto. Well to make it easy what I did is I just took the link of where someone had posted Naruto manga and just put the link on my site. It's easier too as they will update the manga and there less work.

go to a www.inaruto.net or any other site that has mangas and ask the people who work on those to help you out. try sending and email or something. HOPE THIS HELPS!
You need to understand how a website works. I suggest reading a tutorial on google. Something like a search term of "creating a website tutorial" might get you some helpful information.
The basic method is simply by FTP. You have the images (how you get it is up to you) then you upload it with an FTP program or a program like Dreamweaver or Front Page. Like I said, you need to learn a lot more so do some research on Google.
