Its possible but it depends if Kishimoto follows through. Leadership isnt only about strength but leadership qualities (former ANBU captain, special jonin) as well as intelligence.
Kakashi has shown these leadership qualities and the fact hes not even 30 yet gives him 10 + more years to mature into an even better leader
Because jiraiya stated this it is now possible but only if kishimoto follows through.
As far as naruto. The earliest he can get is the 7th. Depending on when Tsuande retires and a new hokage is selected and considering naruto is only 15-16. He needs 30 more years to mature and wise up
naw that problably wont happend even so gai would never ever let that happen
well if my theory is correct than some one else will be come hokage some one who is good but not a main character than they will die protecting the villiage and tsunade will take his/hers place and the cycle of the leaf village will continue and naruto will become a pervey sage lol

It could happen. Since Naruto is still young for the Hokage title. Tsunade even mention Kakashi as the next Hokage if something were to happen to her.
