Penguin cartoon?!

Question: there was an old cartoon a longtime ago (like 10 years ago or something) and it was with a penguin that was so cold that he left the icy places and settled in the tropics. i remember that he warmed one side of his body and then the other. does anyone know its name? it looked like a disney but i'm sure it wasn't

He was Pablo Penguin from a Disney short.

Pablo was a penguin from Antarctica that desired more warmth, so he decided to move out of Antarctica.

He tried many ways and failed, until finally move using a piece of Antarctican ice (with his igloo on top) as his moving floating island.

However the ice melt when he reached the tropics, to save himself he used his bathtub as a lifeboat and his shower as his mode of propulsion.

He finally settled in one of the tropical island, and living happily in warmth there.

Of course after a while, he missed his old friends and Antarctica.

Opus?

Sounds like Chilly Willy.

It sounds like "The Pebble and the Penguin" made by MGM studios.
