Actually, the Boss's name is Giovanni whos behind Team Rocket
There are so many other Pokemon for Team Rocket but they only want Pikachu because they jussst don't give up and are ignorant. If they didn't go after Pikachu then the show would FINALLY (FIIIIINALLLLYYY!!!!!!!!!!!) end wouldn't it? and in each each each single darn painfull episode they find yet another ridiculous way to get revenge.
*sigh* What bugs me the most is that everyday when Ash, Brock, and whichever new girl (Misty, May, or that new blond girl) see an overly-disguised talking cat, redheaded woman, and blueheaded man, each time they are shocked to find out it's "*GASP!* TEAM ROCKET! WHAT'RE YOU DOING HERE?". And then they fight. And then "UH OH! LOOKS LIKE TEAM ROCKET IS BLASTING OF AGAAAAINNN!!"
If only Jessie and James were like Butch and Cassidy... -_- finding other ways to get OTHER Pokemon
I wonder why too. Pikachu is probably very strong, thats why. also, Ash trains it the most, so its probably at a very high level

It's because the boss (I forget the name achhk haven't watched in a while) is willing to pay the people whoever brings him a pikachu first. Their entire job is to find strong pokemon for their boss and the boss pays them. Now that I think the boss's name is Boss. Hmm.. Well, yeah, I think pikachu is worth the most, and I don't know why since there are many pikachu but.. yeah. xP
I think is because base on pokemon episode that i watch every episode team rocket is in it. probably that pikachu can make them alot of money , but for me i think pikachu and team rocket have some story that have not been revel
It is the group's strongest pokemon and without them trying to capture it Team Rocket has no real purpose in the story. Also they want to give it to Giovanna so they can get their so called reward.
