Uchihas though don't have this problem because they activate sharingan.

1. Kisame's weapon, i beileve is called Samehada or something like that. (No promises on spelling)
claimed to shave off skin instead of cutting
and can absorb unlimited amounts of chakra
Samehada only allows Kisame to use it, if others try, they get stabbed.
2. genjutsu, ninjutsu, and taijutsu, i think ninjutsu also has two sub-categories: sealing jutsu and cursed seal jutsu (hope that right ^_^)
3. Katon, Karyuu Enan = Fire Element, Fire Dragon Frame Missile; Daton, Doryuuheki = Earth Element, Earth Wall

Kakashi's eye is always active, causing him great spain when he uses it in battle, Kakashi keeps it covered when not using it to avoid this side effect.
