Which movie are you talking about, because there are two:
1) Memories of Nobody: it has already been subbed and you can find it on any p2p network
2) The Diamond Dust Rebellion: it aired in Japanese theatres last December, so if the timing is the first as for the first moive, it will be available for download around September this year.
Try YouTube for the Japanese. That's where I watched it.
well according to rumor maybe never, bleach didnt take to american main stream to well but that maybe becasue they dont have it on toonami so kids cant see it which is largely were american anime gets its fans but thats supposudly why bleach hasnt go past i think it was 50 something in english except on dvd so maybe that is where it will come out and if it does you will have like at least 1-2 years to wait
i dont watch bleach so i cant say if the rumor is true so you might know if what i said about the ep. 50 things is true it might never come out

if its diamond dust... it was just released last december... the subs would be available pretty soon... don't know about dubs though... (but i prefer japanese subbed english)
