I don't know where you can get it free but I rented some of the dvds and bought the rest SUPER CHEAP (99 cents!) on eBay.
PS: The DVDS come with stickers! =^_^= LOL
The complete collection (new) should cost about $20 but a used DVD on it's own is about $1-5
it might be somewhere either on google videos or if there is another website...
