I would most definitely love to be Susan Storm Richards/The Invisible Woman for one day.
I want to be Doraemon! Doraemon is the most recognized hero in Japan. This guy has a fantastic pocket and has incredible items such as Dokodemo Door(a door you can get to anywhere you want), Time Machine(you can go to past and future), Takecopter( put small blades rotate like hellicopter on the top of your head, and be able to fly anywhere you want), Small Light(flash light that make anything to micro size. Very useful against big-size enemy), and so on.

I would be Green Lantern. I don't know why, but I always liked him...
Spider-Man is a great choice, but I think Iron Man would be great. Reason being is that he is capable (via his armor) to lift many tons of weight, has kickin' boot jets which enable him to fly, "repulsor" rays which can knock back even the Hulk, and his armor/outfit is just plain sweet. Also, his "alter ego" of Anthony Stark is a multi-billionair and he always gets the ladies...yeah, buddy. BTW, Iron Man also developed a "Hulkbuster" armor which helped him battle the Hulk.
