Question: I know in the manga they skipped all the filters and are going straight to Shipuuden. But are they doing that in the anime in the US.

Naruto has become vary popular and more than likely, they'll show the filer episodes. Have you seen the new episodes on Cartoon Network? Man, they show a comercial every 3 to 5 minutes of the show! With that in mind, Cartoon Network will show the fillers too.
Bottom line, Naruto=viewers vierwers=comercial comercials=$ which is what Cartoon Network wants.

umm im in america and im already watching shipuuden soo like wait i don't thing i get the question, i watch it with subtitles but im sure the dubbed ones are faaaaaaaaar behind.
They might skip from after Sasuke leaves to right up to the Shippuden. Those were the fillers,Not Filters(Filters clean things), U.S. Anime Might go past the period of Sasuke going to Orchimaru right up to the Shippunden.

no they will air all of them 220 episodes cuz those Filers are part of the story & are even showed in naruto shippuuden as flashbacks so they must not skip them.

im pretty sure their gonna go on with the filler eps cause the naruto anime is close to the manga so the anime would end up surpassing the manga ...and no one wants that to happen so they have to go on with the filler eps so the manga is far away from the anime storyline

Fillers are not canon to the story and have no hold on the storyline. Anime adds stuff to make it longer. The only true story is the manga, 100%.
Fillers are just as their name implies. Fillers. Additional addons to make the anime longer so the manga has time to get ahead.
Now CN will most likely show all the fillers unfortunately even though they have no bearing on Shippuuden.
Err... actually the manga doesn't have fillers. The fillers are only added in the anime, not that the manga skipped the fillers.
I think every single TV station that aired Naruto will definitely show all the anime episodes. Although we know how "horrible" these fillers are, but at the same time we can see stuffs that weren't really shown in the manga. Plus, it would be a waste for any TV station to skip the many episodes (and they want more money, obviously 8D).
My country's TV station is currently airing the fillers, and so far I've been having fun watching them. Although there are some episodes which I might have to avoid. =^_^=
