It's really cool...
but as an anime drawer myself, i can see some mistakes...
like the arms which are too rounded... i mean it's too bended
and the shoulders are out of balance with the head...
lol!

but it's based on how i look at it...
but all in all, the head was really really perfect!

it totally rocks. no lie. seriously kick ***. you really got the facial details in. love the outfit too. it also looks really 3-d. awsome and it belongs in a meuseum of anime people.

I would rate it a 8.5 You made her shoulders to wide, but other than that, I would of gave you a high 9.

Honestly, 5 or 6 at best. Her proportions are off in places(Shoulders are too wide, neck seems off, legs, arms and hips seem too thin - they have no shape. She looks very top heavy, and I don't mean it as in her breasts large.)
I'm sorry to critique harshly, but I'm an artist myself, and when you know what you need to work on you will improve much quicker. I hope this helps you. Based on this drawing it does look like you have potential. =)

More practice; get an art book on the human anatomy, you need to understand how the limbs look at certain angles; get to know the effects of dimensional shadings. But most of all, keep your dreams and imagination going no matter what criticism comes your way! Good luck! :-)
