Tohru and Kyo are in my opinion the best couple you aren't sure whether she will end up with Kyo or Yuki in the anime but I'm pretty sure she ends up with Kyo in the manga.
I like Kyo and Tohru, but I was always disappointed how Yuki didn't really "love" her. If he did, there would be waaay more action in the love triangle. Plus, I don't really like Machi.
