Question: I used to. Then only when I got into college someone corrected me.... But then, later, someone I once knew jokingly called it "Hanna Barbara", again, because he always made the same mistake...

Heck yea. They never actually said how to pronounce it and what kid knows someone names Barbera anyway.
Nope, I don't believe I ever did...but someone once asked me how she created all those characters, I asked, "she who?" he said "Hanna Barbera, the cartoonist." thinking Hanna Barbera was a woman's name.
...I used to think Ward-Scott was one guy named Ward Scott and not two guys named Jay Ward and Bill Scott (Rocky & Bullwinkle, George of The Jungle).
