In the FIRST series, I thought Sakura was pretty useless (All she ever did was yell out Sasuke's name.). If not her, maybe Ino.
I don't know about Shippuden, cause I don't want to watch it xD
pre time skip id say sakura or tenten (they both sucked)

tenten pre-shippuden and Shippuden, she's super useless. she makes ino look like Einstein.
TenTen has the least screentime, but her abilities are pretty good. In Part 1 it's Sakura, no contest. In Part 2...everyone is awesome.
