I there anywhere online that has cartoon graphics, or places to build story book!
Question: There are all kinds of sites where you can get clip art, if that's what you mean. And you can always remove existing lettering from screencaps of existing online comics and insert your won, but you can't sell those, and most clip art is easily recognizable as such. Is that what you had in mind? Are you trying to make a comic where you don't have to draw any art, but rely solely on your writing? (You'll have to be really, really good, if that's what you want!)
