How did kakashi get the sharingan?!

Who cares about that crap.
There's no official story yet on how he got it, but we do know that he wasn't born with it. So he somehow acquired it later in life.
I think it's probably the eye of his dead friend Obito, the guy who's grave he's always visiting. I think it was probably implanted after Obito died.
as a child, his teammate, obito, had the eye, but he was injured and kakashi had to leave him behind to save the girl teammate. obito gave him his eye (hence the scar that goes from forehead to cheek) and he has been able to master the sharingan. thats why kakashi stresses the importance of teamwork and bringing back everyone on the team.

How he got his eye:
Obito Uchiha was the teammate of Kakashi Hatake and Rin under Minato Namikaze. He was frequently late for missions as a result of what he claimed were random good deeds he'd carry out along the way. Obito often spoke without thinking, a trait that Minato considered a flaw, but was very impassioned and persuasive in doing so. He also had a crush on Rin. During the Kakashi Gaiden arc, Rin is kidnapped by enemy ninja. When Kakashi is unwilling to go and help her, Obito states that those who do not save their teammates are trash. Obito goes to save Rin by himself, though Kakashi, touched by his words, soon joins him. During their attempt to save Rin, Obito is crushed in a rockslide when he pushes Kakashi out of the way. With their surroundings continuing to cave in on them and Obito unable to move, Obito gives Kakashi his remaining Sharingan eye as a gift for becoming a jonin. Kakashi and Rin are forced to leave him as the cave collapses, and Obito uses his last moments to wish he could have spent more time with Rin and the rest of his team.

Some rumor say that obito is tobi because of him having a mask that has one eye hole that is on the right. Later you find out that he also has a sharingan. In one chapter he states that he is mandra uchiha the one of the founders of the hidden leaf and the founder of the uchiha clan (that makes he really really old) if true idk.

His friend Obito
Obita Uchiha gave it to him before he died. Obita was his teammate back when Kakashi was still young. Obita gave it to Kakashi as some sort of "congratulations" gift for making it to the Anbu ^^

During their attempt to save Rin, Kakashi lost his left eye as a result of taking an enemy ninja's attack for Obito. To protect Kakashi in return, Obito managed to awaken his Sharingan and killed their assailant. Soon after saving Rin, a rockfall technique was triggered and a rock struck Kakashi on his blind side. He would have been buried beneath the rocks had Obito not pushed Kakashi out of the way, getting the right side of his body almost completely crushed in the process. Shortly before he died, Obito had Rin (a medical ninja) implant his Sharingan eye in Kakashi's damaged eye socket as a gift. As his first act with his new eye, Kakashi avenged Obito by killing the enemy ninja with his now-perfected Chidori technique, bringing the Kakashi of today into being.

he got it from a friends Obito, who what an Uchiha and died. Because Obito didn't get Kakashi a present for becoming a Jounin he gave him his sharingan.
