Usually if it is Dual Audio, it will have subs as well. This is true of 99.9% of the stuff out there. When you turn on Japanese audio, you also have to manually turn on subtitles as well. Have you tried/know how to do that?

Because since Berserk is such an old series it is going to pe practically impossible to find just the raw subtitle files (.srt, .***, .ssa, or w/e). You would have to download it over again, if that were the case. But like I said, I am pretty certain you already have the subs.
