The episode where they start to go to Crystal Tokyo is Japanese episode 82 "Journey To The Future! Battle In The Corridor Of Time", which is the equivalent of English dub Episode 75 Future Shocked. It's the last part of the second series of Sailor Moon, called Sailor Moon R.
