It's correct that it's a Dance Dance Revolution song.
If you play the YouTube movie to the end, you can see the end credits that describe the song, the video editors, and the video clips.
It said "DDR Project 4 (5th mix), Track 36.", "Petit Love", and "SMiLE.dk".
It was song for the game done by SMiLE.dk, the song's name is "Petit Love".
If you have an account on youtube, just ask the person who made the video. That's what I do when I like a song that I don't know the title to.
Not sure, but it sounds like a DDR song.
