On Adult Swim this movie aired a couple years back.
It was a Japanese movie, and their are these children running around in masks on these big building type things, and they get picked off by some sort of monster, or something.
I don't know.
If anyone could tell me what it was called, or point me in the right direction, that would be great..

can you give me more information then i can read it and answer your question again later. but the only movie i remember watching a few years ago is spirited away but i seriously doubt that's the right movie especially how you described it. but please don't take that as an afence. :)
I think it was called Metropolis, but I'm not 100% sure.
