Definitely Samurai 7. It has a great story, and a great cast of characters.

I think Zombie Loan. They have only up to episode 11 and stopped completely. I thought it was a great series. ^_^

Hunter X Hunter was so great.
There is a lot of great anime that never made it to the States, not even dubbed online.

Fruit basket and inuyasha and naruto and samurai x jack they where the best but the movie that i like are spirited away
