Question: what is up with the chinese subs?!!!?!?!?! how the heck am i supposed to read that? i was so exicted about the itachi sasuke fight and now i see it in chinese subs. why????????

Yeah, sometimes, the Japanese raw version gets translated into Chinese, which then get translated into English.
I bet the English translation will be up in a couple of hours. There wasn't supposed to be a chapter this week, but suddenly there is, so that probably took the cleaing/scanning groups by surprise. They're probably still translating/cleaning it up.
