The writers of all of those cartoons are either dead or too old to do anymore animation. There are a few nowadays like Simpson's, or Justice League but their few and far between.
Hey leave anime alone! I agree that there are a lot of bad shows on right now like: Ben 10, My Gym Partner's a Monkey, etc. But don't thrash anime.

Tariq K and Ray T obviously don't know what they're talking about. First of all, just because they dont like anime doesn't mean it sucks, and second of all Mucha Lucha is not anime just because its about fighting, genius(it has a Mexican theme!!!) and when is the last time that even came on?
I like cartoons made by adults for adults...like Looney Tunes/Merrie Melodies, Tom & Jerry, Popeye the Sailor, Rocky & Bullwinkle, The Flintstones, Top Cat, Wait Till Your Father Gets Home, The Simpsons, Family Guy and Futurama.
