MERUPURI or MAERCHEN PRINCE (bishounen all over, 4 volumes)
CLOVER (by CLAMP, well, very artistic!!! 4 volumes)
CHOBITS (by CLAMP too, 8 volumes)
KISS IN THE BLUE (high school romance, 4 volumes)
BARA NO TAMENI (a comedy romance, 8 volumes)
well actually there are other manga/manhwa, shoujo romance with nice artwork like:

if you like fantasy, then i suggest Tsubasa Resevoir chronicle by CLAMP (although it's not completed, there are about 20-some volumes right now to keep you busy). skip beat is not finished, but it's very funny in my opinion and is worth the wait. hopefully this is helpful to you.
