What makes Naruto so attractive?!
Question: I don't want to Stomp in any ones feelings but I always found it Kind of silly. But thats only my opinion, So why Naruto fans do you like this characters? They seem to cliche for my taste. The Kid who passed a hard time but has a hidden warrior, The Visually strong kid, with a similar past as the kid but more grim and driven who when faced by their hidden similarities become rivals and The Kid's love interest who has her eyes set in the Rival who looks seemingly dumb and shallow but is actually kind and emotional, with their teacher who is stronger than his pupils and knows each's Advantages and disadvantages. That mention it also uses real terms in a incorrect manner (Chakra as being life force instead of the Chi , Ninjas going in to Face to face combat in daylight, Nijas using supernatural effects, Jutsus being hand gestures etc.) So I can't Understand why does it has suvh a cult following, So please can some one explain me why do you like it.

wow very good english if it's not your first language. no mine either. haha. but yeah i don't think he is attractice unless he does his one girl transformation jutsu. but you are very correct. lol. ninjas are quiet unlike him running and screaming at his opponent. but i really think what makes the show good is that it has a good plot. like a good outlining. hmmm.... lets say it's also humorous at times. and it introduces how anyone can be a ninja. even though you can't. naruto is like any other normal person but learns to be a ninja. it's like harry potter. why is it soo good. well cause his parents die and cause pain just like naruto. he gets picked to be a wizard sorta like naruto becoming a ninja. where the average person can be picked. the character is special i guess. so i guess i like it cause like you it just is addicting with a great plot. the characters look awesome. and they have supernaturla powers of a ninja. i guess it might also because i'm asian?

Despite the one-sided characterization, characters are likable and given usually one or two noticable traits
As seen with MMOs, the more techniques and spells you have, the more you get "sucked in" into their world.
First of all
"The Kid" is named Naruto Uzumaki
"The Rival" is named Sasuke Uchiha
"The Love" Interest is named Sakura Haruno
"The Teacher" is named Kakashi Hatake
now that we have established that
each of the characters have some complex personality even though it may not seem like it
Naruto does not have a warrior in him, ITS A DEMON FOX!!!!
And these cliches you talk about arent really chilche if you actually watched the show.
there are reasons for everything that happens in the show
and Chakra is a combination of physical AND spiritual enery (what YOU call Chi)
i personally like it because it has a complex storyline, complex characters and it teaches good morals such as freindship, perseverence, and fighting for what is right

i find even more silly fact that u put so many efforts in describing what we all already know (at least i thought so, you know I'm not going to read all that essay...xP) plus about stuff which you don't like, to me you sound like stupid babbler actually coz i really really doubt that you or most of others naruto haters can make something at least nearly good as naruto, i hope you can at least draw..>< what makes naruto so attractive? srry too lazy to count all that, i can only say that kishi is genious and naruto rocks, who don't think so sucks >:P
