The dub shown on Animax was very well done and I saw a few episodes from it on Youtube as I recall. Personally though, if a series is worth getting online(many anime are as compared to most of today's lacklustre Hollywood productions) I'd go for a quality fansub. There were several packs to be found on the ISOhunt search. Try it.
