well here is a spoiler for 384. i hope itachi wins he is my fav. but who knows. he could make sasuke just for plot purposes. or a twist????

i believe sasuke will win because itachi is older than sasuke and sasuke is young so he has more stamina and better health...and his vision is not as deteriorated as Itachi's whom is just about 95% blind..from hints on the manga..and of course sasuke has to live cuz of the whole over all plot of the story "Naruto"..hehe.. and i do want to see sasusaku... *sniff sniff*
