That happens in episode 52 The Unstoppable Demon Within. This is the dialog that happens in that scene:
Inuyasha viciously tries to get off the blood and the smell
off his hands he says 'the smell wont go away DISGUSTING'
kagome offers him a towel. he declines the offer. he then
says u don't have to force yourself to sit next to me.
kagome looks at him if she was about to cry. Inuyasha
screams' what? you act as if something is wrong. i don't
give a damn about what i did. kagome thinks to
herself 'it's painful isn't it' we cut to inu yasha's
pissed profile then he is shocked. kagome put her hands on
his shoulders saying 'i understand'. inu yasha looking
depressed again thinks to himself 'kagome (put his hand on
hers) i can't remember what i did when i was transformed.
that did not happen b4. if i transform again my claws might
rip you apart as well'

That scene is from the second movie, called InuYasha: the Castle Beyond the Looking Glass. ^_^
oh i remember this episode it was in the tv series episode 52 - The Unstoppable Demon Within. but you probably wont get wats goings on if u dont see episode 51 first. this part is at the very end of episode 52 and i think it was a great way to end the episode ^_^

it's episodes 51-52, "Inuyasha's Soul, Devoured" and "The Demon's True Nature".
well it's really episode 52, but you should watch episode 51 before watching episode 52.
