Shoujo = girl (can also refer to the genre of 'girls comics' meaning more romance oriented typically)
Bishounen = literally "pretty boy," this is a term used to refer to attractive male characters
Bishoujo = "pretty woman," used to refer to attractive females

I think shounnen means boy. Don't confuse that with shounnen ai though that means boy boy love I would advise you to stay away from that lol.
