Spidey Super Stories was never released as a series on DVD. There are a couple of box sets of the Best of the Electric Company that had 5 or 6 of the Spidey episodes, but the rest were all removed because of rights issues.
I'm sure you can probably find bootleg DVDs somewhere on the internet. I didn't find any DVDs when I did a Google search but there was a website that had a torrent of all the episodes.
