Why do most kids make AMVs with Linkin Park songs?!
Question: I have always wondered this about this, like 50% of the internets amvs have LP as their song to the AMV, why do most kids do that? and with Mainstream songs too... cant they be more smarter and look up a song that actually goes with the anime? Well, if you get what im saying then answer please... Im also not saying all linkin park amvs are boring, but they are a waste of time... some LP amvs are good too...

Don't worry, I've noticed that too. A lot of it has to do with the anime too. Like you said a lot of people pick Linkin Park, I've mostly seen that for Naruto AMVs, just like how there's a lot of Elfen Lied AMVs that use music by Evanescence and Sailor Moon AMVs that reuse the same songs. Some artists/songs just 'fit' a certain series, and people will make lots of AMVs that go with it.

But I think you are exaggerating, though, about 50% of AMVs are Linkin Park songs. Some also do evanesscence, and some do Korn; the list of artists could go on for a while. They're not boring; I like watching them. Amvs show what people think of in the song. For example, say you do an amv of blade (Y'know, the vampire slayer) during a song. A really strong chord is played by a guitar, just as blade is thrusting his sword thru on of the vampires. It's like that.
And yes, LP music vids are totally awesome!

it seems to me that Linkin Park songs have lyrics that always somehow goes well with scenes of anime, I made 2 AMV's Linkin Park songs and they go perfectly well.
some have slow and fast beats so its perfect for a mellow scene and perfect for a fast fight scene. the songs also have a lot of emotion witch helps the watcher/listener to connect to the anime charater
i think some of their songs go pretty good with naruto at times..
but idk
