Well you saw the ep. where Saya fighting Diva on the ship right? The episodes now take place two years after that. That's why Saya's clothes are so different. Also the reason she is acting so different is because she let Diva get away and wants to kill her before chiroptrins (sp?) get everywhere.

Riku was murdered by saya's twin sister, DIVA, then turned into a chevialer by Saya. Diva is the one who you are thinking of, not Saya.

Like Raven said, Saya acts and dresses differently because she changed the way she was looking at her situation. Two years have passed. She took some time to herself, to train and become better. This way she is even more determined than ever to defeat the chiroptera. It's not that she doesn't care, she does care, but she has responsibilities to take care of. Diva raped Riku and killed him by giving him her blood.
