Well...by now you probably know that he doesn't have a sister.
However, even if he does have a sister, it hasn't been talked about yet. So who ever told you that either lied to you or is misinformed.
For now, all we know from Jiraya's flashback is that Jiraya's student (Naruto's father) and his wife had a son named Naruto (named after a character in Jiraya's book). That is all that we know about that family at this point but it is possible that Naruto had other siblings - they just have'nt mentioned anything like that yet.

naruto doesn't have a sister, he is the only child of minato(the fourth hokage) and his wife kushina who died fighting the nine tailed fox

the clip from the link Tina gave is a fake: I didn't watch it all the way through but 'Yondaime' mentioned his wife Mizuru-kun and it was revealed at least a chapter ago that Yondaime's wife's name was Kushina Uzumaki.

let's not mention that his name was also revealed and they only called him Yondaime in the small piece that I watched.
in the series nothing was said about a sister. she doesn't exist.
