we know that mayuri's shinkai and bankai are based by using poison, just like soifon's, but on the other urahara has yet to revealed his bankai. even though he face the 10th espada, yammy he didn't have to use it, and he even used an attack just like a hollow's cero. i wonder how mayuri got the spot from urahara, maybe because he resigned.

i dont know..both of them were strong..if mayuri bankai fight with kisuke shi kai,maybe mayuri i think..if kisuke released his bankai,i think,there no chance mayuri win..
i'd say urahara-san. when renji asked urahara why he didn't want to train chad with bankai, urahara said his bankai cannot be used for training. could it mean it's very powerful (or otherwise?) we've already seen mayuri's bankai and iishida managed to beat him (sort of). and it's likely that mayuri got the captain's spot through tricks after urahara 'left' soul society. nonetheless, urahara-san wins my vote cuz he's much better looking and cooler than mayuri. ciaossu.
