if you're not particular about watching Naruto or other Japanese anime in Japanese and reading the english subs, then you could do it on Veoh. AnimeCrazy.net also carries episodes for Naruto, Bleach (my fav) and other seriers. Enjoy!
it depends on cartoon network. if they will continue dubbing and releasing dubbed episodes, you may be able to watch shippuuden by 2009. if a new episode will be shown every week, you still have more than a hundred episodes before shippuuden.

It may not come out in America until after 70 episodes have been shown. Most notably if a Season of Naruto Shippuuden has finished then they will show those episodes in America. They are most likely expected to come out in America next year. Since Naruto has been getting a lot of good feedback from fans just like Pokemon is now then they might be released in Cartoon Network next year or in 2009.
