Why is this even a question?
Supes is WAY stronger in terms of raw power. According to the DC Encyclopedia on characters Supes can lift well over 20,000,000 tons. And that was AFTER John Byrne decreased his powers in the 80's.
Some people say that the Hulk is stronger than Big Blue because the angrier he gets the stronger he gets. So what?
According to Marvel's character stats the Hulk can't even break into the 100 ton mark unless he gets angry. Supes is already WAY beyond that whether he's awake or asleep.
So let's see, they fight and Hulk gets mad. He reaches the 100 ton class. So what? Supes is already beyond that.
They keep fighting and Hulk reaches 200 tons. Nothing.
They keep fighting and Hulk reaches 300 tons. Big whoop. They keep fighting and Hulk reaches 400 tons. Big deal. They keep fighting and Hulk reaches 500 tons. Oh, wow.
An hour passes and Hulk finally breaks into the 1,000 ton range. And....? Supes is STILL way beyond that.
The time it would take Hulk to actually reach Supes level, Supes will look down at his watch and say, "Look, green dude. I've got a date with Lois in 15 minutes. Let's just call this a draw and go our separate ways." Supes flies off leaving Hulk in a pile of rubble, alone and still the loser.
Also, aside from flying at the speed of light and through space, Supes has enhanced senses (Telescopic Vision, Microscopic Vision, Super Hearing, etc), Heat Vision to slice through even the hardest of substances, he's invulnerable to almost anything except kryptonite.
So what? Who here has kryptonite just lying around?

Superman would wipe the floor with him. Unless, of course, the Hulk's green tint is due to kryptonite...
The only way the hulk could win this one was if he were to have kryptonite in his blood. Other than that superman owns =)

Definetly Superman. He's got super human powers that go beyond what The Hulk has. He can also fly. I'd like to be able to fly like that myself.
