meitantei conan has a bit of romance in it here and there, although not too much, and action in it as well. i recommend you to watch the OVAs and movies instead of the tv episodes first, since they're exactly what you're looking for, action, romance, comedy. the tv episodes are good as well, if you're looking for the overall storyline.
clannad has some really really funny parts in it, so it's pretty good, and a little bit of romance. it's kinda sad, the story, the teary kind.
you could try ghost hunt, jigoku shoujo, jigoku shoujo futakomori, cuz they're really cool and good storyline and all. not too much of comedy, but ghost hunt is pretty action i would say!
Rurouni Kenshin is a good mix of romance and action, especially the OVAs.
Naruto and Bleach are pretty good.
