Cartman is seriously the ultimate satan child.
Both are crazy, but South Park is more towards the edge, I believe. Erik is more of a ruder child then Bart. Just don't "respect the authority" of Cartman.
I'd say Bart from the old series (season 1-6) before the damn producers turned him and Homer into panzies.
