A romance anime this time??!
Question: yes.... usually not my choice of preference.... but i havent wacthed a romance anime in a long while ^^
first off, i HATE female characters who cry easily. if i hate the main character its gonna be hard to watch ^^ i also really hate those typial romance stories... there HAS to be something unique about it!!
the art has to be great! the guys hot ^^
no action. JUST romance ^^ i know which action anime to watch next... so i dont need another one ^^
i really like it when theirs a kinda bad guy or player in the story.... even incest is ok with me... just as long as its not your typical incest story... like akuma de sorou and etc....
i realy dont like shoujo animes that take place in middle school. please make sure that they are in HS or above ^^
it really doesnt bother me if the endings sad.... just please do not mention anything thats depressing throughout the story....

Sara had forgiven Tarō Mitsuki for the mistakes he made in the past (her hate for him disappeared and her black hair reverted to its orange color). But since she became such a close friend to Gaito and she wanted to share his fate for everything he has done, she decided to entrust her orange pearl to Lucia and join Gaito in his demise. The Marine World may go back to normal, but it has one less Mermaid Princess.
Enter Seira, the new owner of the orange pearl. But she's not born yet; just a spirit who appears to Lucia in her dreams. In order for Seira to be born, her heart (心, kokoro) must merge with the orange pearl. But even before this happens, her heart is stolen by an angel named Michel. Lucia (together with Hanon and Rina) must retrieve pieces of her heart, even if she will face an almost unbeatable foe.
On the other hand, Kaito and Lucia love each other more, especially that Kaito has finally figured out that she is the mermaid who rescued him seven years before. But they are about to be separated once again when Kaito bounds for Hawaii to continue searching for the truth about his identity. But while in Hawaii, a surfing accident erases all of his memories. He is found and tended by a girl who has feelings for him. Lucia has to cope with this shock and attempt to let him remember at least some of his memories, especially of her.
Along with Lucia's romantic troubles, this season also highlights Hanon and Rina's love stories. Hanon rejects a persistent suitor, but finds newfound love with him after her fixation with her music teacher, Tarō Mitsuki, ends in disappointment. The story also covers Rina's first experience of love.
Many new villains and villainesses appear, including the return of some older characters. This season also features songs for the villains as well as newer ones for the mermaids.

Kanon is a remake of the 1998 classic, by Key Animation. Not as good, but has a much better chance of being licensed.
Air was the first televised animé whose production values and animation quality matched feature films. It also features a great story (Key Animation again).
Koi Kaze is a bit different. This is a story, where a man meets a school girl and falls for her, only to discover they are siblings, much to the older brothers horror. The character aren't bishoujo/bishounen, but the story more than makes up for that.

its my favorite anime of all time! it has a lot of romance and drama. the best thing is that one of the major characters is on the evil side! all of the characters are so hot! especially the character on the evil/bad side.

Yes, that manga is great. The guys are really really hot, the art gets better and better, there's no action, the heroine doesn't cry AT ALL (not your typical main character girl!), and the story is amazing. The characters are awesome-- the author really gets the emotion and expressions out. Its an ongoing story, so I don't know how it ends.
Currently there are 115 chapters out, but only... 8 volumes translated into English and sold in stores...? The rest is fan scanlated.

The author's previous work, Tokyo Crazy Paradise, is also GREAT. Its a very unique story! Again, the heroine is a strong one. Also romance. However, this story has action in it-- though, the main point is the relationship between Tsukasa and Ryuji. Again, the author has a great handle on the characters. Ryuji is the man. :D In this series, the love interest guy, Ryuji, IS the bad guy. To Tsukasa. Ryuji leads the most powerful mafia group in future Japan. Tsukasa was raised the daughter of cops, but there's a twist...
