Go to anime6.org they have it there with the rest of the series too.
If you go to youtube.com and type in Avatar the last airbender Chaper 3 episode 12, i think you'll find it

I like the second one because it has about 4 videos on the page--all linked from different sources such as YouTube, Veoh, Yahoo Video, etc--so if one of them isn't working (or you have a block on your internet that doesn't let you watch youtube or veoh), most likely one of the others isn't blocked.
