i personaly think it would be Tōsen because the Mangekyou Sharingan can not affect him because he is blind also itachi cant see him XD....what do u lot think???

Itachi is one of the best ninja's alive he has juutsu's that that people don't have to see. he can suck them into another dimension. remember that Black fire he used to get out of jaraiya belly of the mountain toad. Ya tousen wouldn't even last 1 minute against itachi....
Gengutsu affects ALL the senses not just sight.... Itachi can put people in his ullusions by pointing his finger at them. Tousen isn't in the same league as itachi...... Tousen wasnt even in the same league as the 11th squad captain. I'm still waking up so i cant remember his name but you'll know. ya the 11th's captain fuc ked him up..
