I probably think Thor because he is a god and the Silver Surfer is strong, but he himself could not beat Thor. That is, unless he summoned Galactus. It took everybody to kill him!!!!!!!

I say Thor cause he is a god almost unstoppable and silver surfer if he loses his board seen (fantastic four rise of the silver surfer 2007) he has no power what so ever.
